About the Role
This Project Management Office (PMO) Lead role is responsible for driving coordination and alignment between management and cross-functional teams in the autonomous vehicles core platforms domain. The position ensures structured planning, transparency, and consistency while maintaining alignment between strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive coordination between group management and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities, milestones, and deliverables.
- →Lead planning activities across the group, maintaining visibility on execution status, risks, and dependencies.
- →Ensure structured follow-up across initiatives, tracking commitments and supporting timely delivery.
- →Define, implement, and promote standardized processes to improve efficiency, clarity, and scalability.
- →Lead knowledge management, training, and documentation initiatives to strengthen organizational maturity and continuity.
- →Maintain management reports and key performance metrics to enable data-driven decision making.
Requirements
- ✓B.Sc. degree in any discipline.
- ✓3+ years of project management experience in a similar role.
- ✓Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage complex environments effectively.
- ✓Proactive, results-driven, and execution-oriented.
- ✓Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- ✓Fluent in English and Hebrew.
