We’re looking for an EnterpriseAccount Executive to help bring our voice intelligence solutions to the Fortune 1000 & call centers. This role focuses on building relationships with executives, driving enterprise sales cycles, and helping shape the future of everything from call centers to voice chat in video games.
Your Impact
You will play a key role in helping Modulate become a brand name primarily in call-centers.
Build and grow Modulate’s pipeline of CCaaS & call center prospects.
Become a trusted advisor to executives
Close high-impact deals that scale Modulate across the industry
Serve as a trusted advisor to companies navigating the new world of AI enabled fraud, impersonation, and theft.
What You Will Do
Manage the full sales cycle from discovery through contract close
Develop deep expertise in Modulate and clearly communicate its CCaaS and traditional call centers.
Identify and cultivate new prospects through research, industry networking, and conferences.
Build relationships with decision-makers and champions within accounts.
Support customers throughout their lifecycle and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Collaborate with the VP of Sales and leadership team to refine sales processes, collateral, and strategy.
Travel periodically (typically 0–2 trips per month) to industry events and studio meetings
Become an expert in our service offerings most relevant to CCaaS.
What We Are Looking For
Experience selling AI products, transcription, deepfake detection, or CCaaS.
Experience selling into CCaaS or strong or other industries that align tightly with Modulate’s ICP.
Experience as a full-cycle AE. Ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles and close strategic deals.
Track record of selling deals in the $750k–$5M ARR range (or similar enterprise sales experience).
Existing relationships or network within CCaaS is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with sales tools such as Gong, HubSpot, AmpleMarket or LeadIQ.
Experience working in early-stage startups (Seed through Series B preferred). AE’s that are used to having large support teams won’t succeed here at this stage.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to self-source pipeline.

Pay Transparency
Modulate believes in transparency as a cornerstone of equity and trust. Compensation for this role is based on seniority, skills, and experience.
Salary
On-Target Earnings: $125k to $150k, $250 to 300k OTE
Equity: OfferedOther perks: HSA, FSA, 15 holidays, professional growth resources
Candidates may be located anywhere in the U.S., though proximity to major tech hubs such as San Francisco, Seattle, Boston, New York, or Austin is preferred. Willingness to travel is required.
