What Youβll Do
β’ Build collaborative relationships with hiring managers, conducting intake meetings to clarify role requirements and sharing weekly pipeline updates and candidate feedback
β’ Use clear role understanding to conduct screening calls to assess candidate experience, skillset and fit for Modulr.
β’ Leverage multiple sourcing channels to maximise candidate reach. Crafting personalised, compelling outreach messages that build genuine rapport with candidates.
β’ Deliver clear, timely, and personalised communication throughout the full candidate journey, including interview preparation, offer discussions and constructive rejection feedback.
β’ Build and proactively nurture talent pools for active roles, maintaining a pipeline of engaged passive candidates through regular personalised touchpoints
β’ Apply inclusive hiring practices throughout the recruitment process, ensuring structured evaluation that minimises bias
β’ Articulate Modulrβs Employer Value Proposition (EVP) consistently across all candidate touchpoints and identify brand advocacy opportunities.
Who You Are
What youβll need
β’ 2β3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in an in-house TA team or recruitment agency environment
β’ Proven ability to source passive candidates using a variety of sourcing platforms
β’ Experience conducting structured, competency-based interviews and using standardised scorecards
β’ Strong written communication skills
β’ A collaborative, stakeholder-focused approach with the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers
β’ A clear understanding of inclusive hiring practices and how to apply them throughout the recruitment process
β’ Comfort working with recruiting data and metrics to identify improvements and report on pipeline health
Nice to haves
β’ Prior exposure to Sales/Commercial hiring
β’ Experience supporting employer brand initiatives including social media recruitment content
