About the Role
We are hiring our First Inside Account Executive focused exclusively on outbound sales.
This is not an inbound closer role. You will be responsible for creating your own pipeline, owning the full sales cycle, and winning business with large single-location operators and multi-unit groups (MUOs).
Youβll play a foundational role in:
- Building our outbound motion
- Defining messaging and playbooks
- Establishing repeatable success in the mid-market / MUO segment
This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and wants to help build something from the ground up.
What Youβll Do
1. Own Outbound Pipeline Generation
1. Prospect into high-value pet care businesses (single + multi-unit)
2. Execute multi-channel outreach (calls, email, video, social)
3. Build and manage a consistent, high-quality pipeline
4. Identify and break into complex accounts with multiple stakeholders
2. Run Full Sales Cycle
1. Lead discovery rooted in business outcomes (revenue, labor, utilization)
2. Deliver tailored product demos aligned to operational pain
3. Build ROI-driven proposals and close deals
4. Manage deals from first touch β signed contract
3. Sell to Complexity
1. Navigate multi-stakeholder environments (owners, operators, managers)
2. Sell into both single-location operators and growing chains
3. Position value across:
1. Revenue growth (online booking, upsells)
2. Operational efficiency (staffing, scheduling)
3. Cost reduction (manual work, missed bookings)
4. Build the Outbound Playbook
1. Test messaging, sequences, and targeting strategies
2. Provide feedback loops to marketing and leadership
3. Help define what βgreat outboundβ looks like at scale
Who You Are

Required Experience:
- 3β5+ years in SaaS sales (closing role required)
- Proven success in outbound / self-sourced pipeline
- Experience running full sales cycle (discovery β close)
- Track record of hitting or exceeding quota
- Comfortable selling into SMB + mid-market accounts
Preferred Experience:
- Experience selling to multi-unit operators (MUOs)
- Vertical SaaS (restaurants, fitness, pet care, etc.)
- Early-stage / startup environment (Series AβC)
- Familiarity with operational workflows (scheduling, staffing, payments)
