Job Summary:

MoneyMap Financial Consultancy Service is looking for a confident and energetic Tele calling Executive to handle client communication, generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and support the sales & CRM team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:1. Client Communication & Lead Handling

Make outbound calls to potential clients regarding film, and provide accurate information about company services. Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and CRM activities. 2. Sales Support

Convert inquiries into confirmed meetings or deals. Maintain a positive and professional tone during client interactions. Assist the sales and CRM team in achieving monthly targets. 3. CRM & Documentation

Update client details, call logs, and follow-up remarks in the CRM system. Maintain databases of leads and ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date. 4. Coordination

Coordinate with internal stakeholders for appointment scheduling. Share client requirements clearly with the team for smooth processing. 5. Customer Service

Resolve client questions, concerns, and basic issues with professionalism. Build long-term client relationships to increase customer satisfaction and repeat business. Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent verbal communication in Hindi & English Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel) Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Strong listening & problem-solving skills Prior tele calling or customer service experience preferred, freshers may also apply
