About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to develop and implement lifecycle marketing tactics to engage developers and drive platform adoption, retention, and expansion. This role requires expertise in product-led growth strategies and personalized messaging for B2B SaaS users.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with Product teams to create digital experiences that engage, retain, and grow users
- →Define and execute marketing plans with the Growth Marketing team to transform ideas into measurable campaigns
- →Optimize programs and channels through experiments and A/B tests
- →Collaborate with the product team to optimize user journey at critical stages like onboarding and re-engagement
- →Brainstorm content pieces for net-new creation or repackaging
- →Perform strategic product, market, and customer analyses to identify growth opportunities
- →Uncover and leverage new channels to accelerate growth
- →Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to ensure marketing initiatives meet revenue objectives
- →Work with product marketing and product teams to align messaging and incorporate product launches into campaigns
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of B2D or B2B experience in lifecycle and/or growth marketing
- ✓Product-led growth and/or retention marketing experience
- ✓Deep understanding of marketing to developers or technical audiences
- ✓Expertise in end-to-end execution of lifecycle campaigns
- ✓Ability to understand both market big picture and program details
- ✓Passion for data-driven decision making
- ✓Collaborative mindset and owner mentality
- ✓Proven ability to turn ideas into successful programs
- ✓Flexibility and adaptability in ambiguous situations
- ✓Focus and drive to continuously improve execution
