About the Role
We are looking for a Recruiting Program Manager to join MongoDB and shape the future of our recruiting operations. This high-impact role requires a blend of deep recruiting domain expertise, strategic program design, and a relentless pursuit of operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and deploy MongoDB’s next phase of recruiting excellence, defining standards and methodologies for hiring
- →Move the function from unstructured practices to rigorous, standardized excellence by implementing core methodologies
- →Establish effective workflows and govern process adherence across all hiring teams
- →Identify opportunities to introduce new tooling or automation to support process goals
- →Partner with Talent Acquisition and Finance/FP&A to mature the organization’s approach to headcount forecasting
- →Translate business goals into actionable hiring plans with clear, data-backed views of pipeline health
- →Architect and mobilize a comprehensive global referral strategy
- →Own the end-to-end candidate experience strategy
- →Serve as a trusted advisor on change management
- →Partner with the Enablement team to codify best practices
- →Continuously audit and improve the recruiting process
Requirements
- ✓6-8+ years of experience in recruiting with a track record of designing and launching complex programs
- ✓Deep Talent Acquisition expertise with understanding of the full recruiting lifecycle
- ✓Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence change without direct authority
- ✓Experience implementing advanced hiring methodologies
- ✓Demonstrated ability to partner with Finance/FP&A on workforce planning
