About the Role

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our global Corporate FP&A team at MongoDB. This role involves working closely with FP&A team members to shape and manage the global forecasting and planning process, with a primary focus on planning systems, data flows, and tooling.

Key Responsibilities

→Partner with IT, People, and Finance teams to modernize and automate forecasting and planning tools, focusing on workforce planning
→Manage the company’s planning process and corporate-level forecast consolidation
→Develop and maintain reporting to summarize data for senior management, including the CEO, CFO, SVP of Finance, and the Board of Directors
→Forecast global budget items such as payroll taxes, benefits, and allocations
→Document common FP&A processes and streamline operations across FP&A teams

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s Degree in finance, business, or economics
✓3+ years of experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance roles with a focus on planning systems, data, and tooling
✓Experience with enterprise planning platforms like Workday Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, or Pigment
✓Strong skills in financial modeling and data management in Google Sheets and Excel
✓Experience with system integrations and reconciliations
✓Excellent communication skills to translate complex topics into clear language
✓Highly organized and process-oriented
