About the Role
We are looking for a GTM Intelligence Analyst to build the data-driven analytics team. This role is a key member of our growing GTM Analytics team and is responsible for building and maintaining data infrastructure used by our global salesforce and leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand data needs and requirements
- →Undertake project management responsibilities for data analysis projects
- →Navigate ambiguity by synthesizing complex business objectives into analytical frameworks
- →Independently gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders
- →Build tools to enable data-driven decisions for GTM teams
- →Create reporting frameworks for senior leadership
- →Partner with executive stakeholders to provide insights into sales performance
- →Lead ad hoc analyses and communicate findings to non-technical audiences
- →Scale and manage multiple concurrent projects
- →Review and audit key sales-facing dashboards
- →Work with data architecture team to build schemas for critical metrics
Requirements
- ✓3-5 years of work experience in a quantitative role
- ✓SQL experience
- ✓Dashboarding experience in Tableau or equivalent tools
- ✓Experience in Sigma and CRM-Analytics preferred
- ✓Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
- ✓Hands-on experience working with large datasets
- ✓Proactive ability to navigate ambiguity and distill complex business needs
- ✓Knowledge of Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
- ✓Experience with Salesforce reports & dashboards preferred
