About the Role
We are seeking a highly-organized and creative Social Media Manager to join MongoDB. This role involves strategic content creation, data-driven social listening, and hands-on community engagement across our social networks.
Key Responsibilities
- →Monitor key social and community channels using Sprinklr to track brand mentions, user sentiment, emerging trends, and competitive intelligence
- →Provide regular analytical reports on follower growth, engagement, and content performance
- →Support the Social Media team by analyzing post and campaign performance to inform future strategy
- →Deliver actionable quarterly reports to key partners in marketing
- →Organically grow our digital developer community through proactive monitoring, managing, and engaging with the audience
- →Act as a key voice of the brand, ensuring all interactions align with MongoDB’s voice and tone campaigns
Requirements
- ✓4–6 years in social media, community management, or social strategy, preferably within a B2B or developer-focused tech company
- ✓Direct, hands-on experience with enterprise social media management and listening platforms, with deep expertise in Sprinklr
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to write compelling social copy and engage technical audiences
- ✓Highly organized with excellent time-management skills to manage multiple channels and a fast-paced content calendar
- ✓Strong analytical mindset with experience turning data into stories and actionable insights
- ✓Strong understanding of the developer landscape, including key platforms and the type of content that resonates with them
- ✓Proficient in G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
