About the Role
We are looking for an experienced software engineer to join our team focused on architecting platform foundations and infrastructure for a "build once, run anywhere" model. This role involves solving unique distributed systems puzzles and shaping the future of how global enterprises leverage GenAI.
Key Responsibilities
- →Architect complex distributed systems and mentor engineers
- →Collaborate with product teams to deliver a platform that minimizes deployment friction
- →Design systems that run in air-gapped or highly restricted network environments
- →Design and implement a sophisticated orchestration layer
- →Architect a client-side application for managing developer workflows
- →Solve complex "Day 2" operations challenges
- →Ensure platform can execute code generation and LLM-based tasks securely
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of software development and operations experience
- ✓2+ years of experience leading and mentoring a team of engineers
- ✓Deep experience designing distributable applications
- ✓Strong proficiency in containerization and orchestration
- ✓Experience building Service Host architectures
- ✓Experience managing persistent storage solutions
- ✓Understanding of security-first design
- ✓Experience designing auto-update mechanisms
- ✓Curiosity, a positive attitude, and a drive to continue learning
