About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our team at Monks. This role involves managing project timelines, budgets, and execution while serving as a strategic partner to both clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify and implement project timelines, budgets, workflows, and delivery parameters
- →Define and set standards for quality, productivity, and timeliness
- →Manage the input, output, and productivity of small to very large teams
- →Keep internal leads and clients informed on project progress and status
- →Provide clear expectations for review turnarounds and production needs
- →Deliver effective data storytelling against campaigns and creative
Requirements
- ✓3-5 years of experience in facilitating digital creative and/or production in an agency setting
- ✓Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Experience managing multiple projects with high attention to detail
- ✓Solutions-oriented approach with inherent curiosity
- ✓Ability to operate in a nimble and evolving team environment
- ✓Foundational understanding of client financials and budget management
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- ✓Experience with project management tools (Google, Outlook, JIRA, Monday.com, etc.)
