About the Role
Monks is seeking a talented designer to create digital ads and assets for prestigious brands. This role focuses on balancing speed, style, and scale to produce high-quality design assets efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create style proposals, sketches, mockups, and prototypes for products, features, and campaigns.
- →Ensure designs meet brand expectations while working with world-renowned brands.
- →Execute art direction and improve work through new angles, inspiration, and practical solutions.
- →Translate creative/client briefs into detailed design briefs.
- →Maintain pixel-perfect quality standards.
- →Collaborate with the Creative Director and team to align designs with client objectives.
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of high-level experience as a senior/lead designer or art director crafting digital ads.
- ✓Exceptional Photoshop skills as demonstrated in portfolio.
- ✓Strong English communication skills for global client and team collaboration.
- ✓Experience with all stages of the design process, from conceptualization to final layouts.
- ✓Ability to create balanced and beautiful layouts.
- ✓Knowledge of templating and process optimizations.
- ✓Understanding of typography, interaction design, flow, and storytelling.
- ✓Experience selling designs to colleagues and clients, including client presentations.
