Key Responsibilities
- →Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
- →Work on content calendars with the social strategist and content creator, ensuring timely publishing of social media posts.
- →Provide engaging text for social media responses and copies.
- →Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
- →Coordinate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
- →Work closely with data analysts to provide monthly and quarterly reports and optimization opportunities.
- →Conduct social listening to identify trends and insights.
- →Collaborate with social strategy, account management, and creatives to ensure social media channels are on brand at all times.
- →Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- →Analyze the conversation around the brand daily.
- →Analyze brand performance to drive effective results for client KPIs.
- →Cover brand-related events in real-time with the content creator.
Requirements
- ✓1+ years of experience in Community Management.
- ✓Knowledge of social media good practices in terms of formats and tone of voice.
- ✓Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics.
- ✓Knowledge of metrics, social listening tools, and digital reports.
- ✓Client-facing experience.
- ✓Experience in developing or implementing community manager strategies.
- ✓Excellent verbal communication skills.
- ✓Excellent writing skills.
