About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Director, Interactive & Retail Experiences to join our team. You will be responsible for creating world-class interactive demos for global retail environments and event activations. This role requires a hybrid creative leader who can translate complex AI features into intuitive, playful, and 'Google Grade' interactions.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead the conceptualization and execution of on-device demos for new product launches
→Design experiences that are robust enough for thousands of interactions yet simple enough to engage a shopper in seconds
→Direct teams of interactive designers, motion designers, and creative technologists
→Collaborate deeply with Google’s hardware and retail marketing teams
→Innovate how we showcase AI and software features in ways that feel magical
→Lead client presentations with clarity and conviction

Requirements

✓10+ years of creative experience with a focus on digital, interactive, or product design
✓At least 3+ years in a leadership role managing multidisciplinary teams
✓Deep expertise in user experience and interface design
✓Experience working with major tech clients or launching products in retail environments
✓Hands-on experience with Figma or Principle
✓Strong understanding of hardware capabilities and software constraints
