About the Role
We are looking for a Production Designer to join our team at Monks, focusing on creating high-quality digital assets and content for sports interfaces, with an emphasis on MLS, MLB, and F1. This mid-level role involves working with a global team to produce world-class designs for product interfaces and various channels.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design static visuals for product interfaces, social media, and display advertising
- →Work with a global team of designers, illustrators, animators, editors, and art directors
- →Ensure pixel-perfect designs and maintain quality standards
- →Adhere to design guidelines and ensure consistency across formats and languages
- →Collaborate directly with art directors on client-side projects
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience crafting digital ads and assets
- ✓Solid skills in Photoshop and Illustrator; Sketch skills are a bonus
- ✓Proficiency in silhouetting and retouching
- ✓Ability to organize files, layers, and folders effectively
- ✓Experience with setting styles, layouts, and cutting formats
- ✓Strong communication skills and ability to work with international teams
