About the Role
We are looking for a Frontend Engineer to join our team at Monks Technology Services. This role focuses on building and maintaining front-end surfaces and supporting services for high-volume email campaigns, marketing landing pages, and internal utilities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and maintain HTML/CSS email templates to support large-scale campaign execution
- →Build and maintain lightweight marketing landing pages using Marketo syntax
- →Support the migration of internal utilities to a modern stack (Next.js + Tailwind frontend; Python + FastAPI backend)
- →Build and maintain backend services in Python/FastAPI, including Marketo API integrations
- →Support workers/pipelines using Redis and job/queue tools for scheduling and queue management
- →Work with PostgreSQL to store and manage data
- →Operate within AWS as the primary cloud environment
- →Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing Operations and Data Engineering
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of relevant engineering experience (frontend and/or full-stack)
- ✓Strong experience building applications with Next.js and Tailwind
- ✓Experience building backend services with Python and FastAPI
- ✓Working knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
- ✓Experience with Redis and job/queue tools (e.g., BullQ, Celery)
- ✓Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and troubleshoot issues in production systems
- ✓B2 English level is required
