About the Role

We are seeking an HRBP to partner strategically with leadership, connecting people and business with a systemic perspective and focus on value generation. The HRBP will promote healthy and high-performance environments through advisory, data-oriented approaches aligned with organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

→Provide strategic consulting to leadership, offering insights on climate, performance, and team development.
→Continuously review departmental structure, evaluating client needs and people capabilities for optimal team utilization.
→Utilize data and insights to support informed decision-making and improve data quality and relevance.
→Diagnose and propose actions for engagement, development, and talent retention based on HR metrics.
→Conduct organizational risk and opportunity analyses, prioritizing sustainable actions aligned with company culture.
→Support resolution of complex cases with strategic impact, promoting healthy work environments.
→Monitor handover processes, team changes, and performance calibration for consistency and risk mitigation.
→Facilitate actions to strengthen organizational culture, aligning values and practices across teams and leadership.
→Contribute to succession, recognition, training, mentoring, and feedback programs.
→Ensure compliance of HR practices with internal policies and applicable legislation.
→Support initiatives in inclusion, diversity, mental health, and recruitment in partnership with specialist areas.
→Build and maintain trust-based relationships with internal stakeholders, facilitating strategic dialogues and workshops.

Requirements

✓Completed higher education in Psychology, Business Administration, HR Management, or related fields.
✓Strong understanding of data analysis and indicator management.
✓Affinity with Artificial Intelligence.
✓Skills in influence, conflict management, adaptability, and systemic thinking.
✓Orientation to results, ethics/discretion, and assertiveness.
✓Previous experience as HRBP or in organizational development areas.
✓Intermediate/advanced English proficiency is desirable.
