About the Role
As a Junior Copywriter, youβll wield words, wisdom, and wit to craft everything from social content and web copy to newsletters, print, and e-commerce. Working as part of a global group of Monks on both local and international assignments, youβll operate across teams and time zones on projects big and small. We are looking for someone who is passionate about seeking new opportunities to create impactful work and is ready to jump-start their career under an apprenticeship contract.
Responsibilities:

Create headlines, visuals, formats, and branded content that resonate with diverse audiences.
β’
Produce high-quality written materials across multiple platforms and touchpoints.
β’
Support the preparation of presentations and creative proposals for both local and international clients.
β’
Use AI tools daily to enhance and streamline the creative process.
β’
Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Strategists, Account, and Project Managers.
β’
Participate actively in brainstorming sessions, shootings, and creative reviews.
β’
Switch quickly between different products and brands, handling large-scale requests alongside single lines of copy.
About You
The essentials:
β’
1+ year of experience (or equivalent internship/project work) in the field of Copywriting.
β’
Strong passion for advertising and communications with emerging creative and strategic writing skills.
β’
A collaborative mindset and a genuine desire to build a career within a global agency environment.
β’
Willingness to learn, take risks, and improve your craft every single day.
β’
Familiarity with AI writing tools (e.g., ChatGPT and similar) and an interest in how technology shapes storytelling.
β’
Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.

A portfolio (even if it is a work-in-progress) showcasing your thinking.

Educational experiences, university projects, or personal creative work.
