About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our special task force at Monks. This role focuses on managing the successful delivery of digital advertising assets, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure milestones are met.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage fast-moving digital creative projects
- →Work closely with all team members to deliver assets to clients
- →Liaise between client leads and teams to ensure milestones are achieved
- →Manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing the in- and output of Creative, Copywriting, Design, and Animation teams
- →Monitor live campaigns with the media team and share insights with the production team
- →Balance resources and workload, ensuring projects are delivered on time
- →Brief team members on delivery objectives and keep stakeholders informed
- →Schedule, track, and prioritize assignments
- →Evaluate finished projects to improve processes and work streams
Requirements
- ✓2-3 years of experience in digital advertising or production
- ✓Excellent project management and client relationship management skills
- ✓Flawless organizational skills
- ✓Ability to manage expectations for clients and internal teams
- ✓Experience working with media plans and managing the launch of digital and traditional advertising campaigns
- ✓Understanding of display ads and spec sheets
- ✓Proficient communicator with clear updates on project development
- ✓Solid scoping skills for accurate timings and resource estimates
- ✓Experience with the post-production of film, image, and animation assets for social media
- ✓Upper Intermediate English proficiency
