Monks is seeking a talented designer to create digital ads and assets for prestigious brands. This role involves harmonizing speed, style, and scale to produce high-quality assets efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create style proposals, sketches, mockups, and prototypes for products, features, and campaigns.
- →Ensure designs meet the expectations of world-renowned brands.
- →Execute art direction and improve work by offering new angles, inspiration, and practical solutions.
- →Translate creative/client briefs into thorough design briefs.
- →Maintain pixel-perfect quality in all designs.
- →Collaborate with the Creative Director and team to align designs with client objectives.
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of high-level experience in designing digital ads and assets.
- ✓Experience with all stages of the design process, from conceptualizing styles to finalizing layouts.
- ✓Ability to create balanced and beautiful layouts.
- ✓Knowledge of templating and process optimizations.
- ✓Understanding of typography, interaction design, flow, and storytelling.
- ✓Experience in selling designs to colleagues and clients.
- ✓Superb Photoshop skills.
- ✓Upper Intermediate English.
