About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team at Monks. This role involves maintaining and growing the business while serving as the day-to-day point of contact for one of the biggest brands in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the guardian of the brand, ensuring client interests are served with strategic value
- →Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and forecasts
- →Be the permanent contact with Marketing Groupers and Brand Managers
- →Supervise processes and control formats to ensure correct project flow
- →Handle complaints and problems in a timely and effective manner
- →Ensure the Statement of Work (SOW) is fulfilled
- →Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs
- →Identify and approach new potential strategic customers
Requirements
- ✓At least 6-7 years of experience in multidisciplinary agencies (digital and social first)
- ✓Ability to address customer requests in a timely manner
- ✓Deep understanding of digital and new channels
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
- ✓BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant fields
- ✓Excellent English communication skills
