About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. This role will involve working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and fun atmosphere. You'll have the opportunity to make an impact and collaborate with talented individuals globally.
Key Responsibilities
- →Be the point person for manager questions
- →Act as the escalation point for HR Generalists and handle all employee relations issues
- →Manage benefit programs and maintain relationships with external vendors
- →Ensure compliance with all HR regulations
- →Manage our HRIS tool, including performance management, PTO tracking, and employee changes
- →Participate in Diversity and Inclusion initiatives
- →Prepare work for payroll
- →Manage special projects as needed
- →Compile HR reports for senior management
- →Other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements
- ✓At least 5+ years of relevant HR experience
- ✓Very precise, socially skilled, and reliable
- ✓Ability to successfully juggle various tasks and switch between them seamlessly
- ✓Hands-on approach with a helicopter view of things
- ✓Ability to think ahead and establish priorities, even during stressful times
- ✓Great personality that easily collaborates with all levels of employees
- ✓Proficiency in the full suite of office software, with proficiency in Google Suite preferred
- ✓Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Discretion when required
- ✓Experience with Workday is a nice-to-have
- ✓Proficient in Portuguese and English
