About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional technology initiatives—owning end-to-end execution while partnering with account leads and leadership to ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and client expectations. You’ll also play a key role in casting, aligning the right mix of skills and experience to each project and helping teams operate efficiently at scale.
Responsibilities:
• Lead projects end-to-end across initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Define project scope, success criteria, deliverables, dependencies, and resource requirements
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reporting cadences
• Manage budgets, forecasting, cost controls, and financial monitoring to support profitability
• Support vendor payment coordination and assist in proposal creation as needed
• Identify, document, and mitigate project risks through a formal risk register
• Facilitate decision-making, change control processes, and stakeholder alignment across functions
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage resource allocation, including casting for optimal team composition
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and senior leadership, delivering clear communication and executive-level reporting
• Enforce project governance, documentation standards, and delivery quality practices
• Monitor KPIs and champion continuous improvement practices to strengthen collaboration and execution
About You
The essentials:
• 6+ years of project management experience within creative, digital, and or integrated agency environments, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead role overseeing retail, digital, or social campaigns. Experience managing automotive accounts is a plus, but not required.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-channel projects from concept through execution, with significant experience in client-facing roles and cross-discipline team leadership.
• Strong grasp of agency workflow and campaign lifecycle, with familiarity in adapting Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to fit creative and production processes.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, Asana, or Wrike.
• Demonstrated experience with budget management, cost controls, forecasting, and financial monitoring.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including executive-level communication, reporting, and relationship-building.
• Experience mentoring and managing direct reports, fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented team culture.
• Comfortable leveraging AI-powered tools, automation workflows, or intelligent agents in support of digital and social campaign delivery.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English

• Spanish proficiency
• Certifications such as PMP, SAFe Agilist, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or PRINCE2
• Experience mentoring junior PMs and leading through influence in distributed/remote teams.
