Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical Senior specialist, FP&A who thrives at the intersection of Corporate Finance, Strategic Analysis, and Data Engineering. In this role, you will report numbers and will be the strategic voice that interprets them.
You will bridge the gap between complex financial processes and executive decision-making. Your mission is to maintain a robust global financial data pipeline while providing deep-dive analyses that help stakeholders understand the "why" behind the results.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Reporting & Analysis: Lead the month-end closing analysis, providing clear commentary on variances (Actuals vs. Budget/Forecast). You will transform raw data into executive-level reports that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities for the NAMER and Global regions.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a key finance partner for Regional Directors and Department Heads. You will translate complex technical logic and financial data into actionable insights, helping non-finance leaders manage their budgets and headcount effectively.
• P&L Architecture & Profitability: Build and optimize multi-dimensional P&L reporting. You will analyze profitability down to the Client and Departmental level, ensuring that global allocations and intercompany markups are both accurate and strategically aligned.
• Systems Integration & Automation: Develop and maintain API connections (Workday, Salesforce, Greenhouse) to automate data flow.
• Data Ingestion & SQL Modeling: Architect complex SQL queries within BigQuery to consolidate global data. You will ensure that the "Actuals vs. Forecast" reconciliations are seamless and require minimal manual intervention.
• Process Integrity & Governance: Act as the final gatekeeper for data accuracy. You will identify logic errors or "noise" in financial models before they reach executive reviews, ensuring 100% confidence in the numbers presented to the CFO.
Technical & Professional Requirements
• Finance Foundations: Advanced understanding of P&L structures, Budgeting/Forecasting cycles, and the nuances between Management and Statutory reporting.
• Data Engineering & Scripting: Proficiency in SQL (BigQuery) is essential. Experience with Python or Javascript/Apps Script for API handling and workflow automation is highly valued.
• BI & Visualization: Proven track record of designing executive dashboards in Looker Studio (or similar) that drive strategic decision-making.
• Systems Expertise: Familiarity with ERPs (Netsuite/Lucanet) and CRM/HRIS tools (Salesforce, Workday, Greenhouse).
• Advanced English.
