About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives for a global consulting firm mastering AI-powered transformations. This role requires a highly autonomous leader who can navigate ambiguity and manage multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the full lifecycle of complex technology projects from initiation through execution and final launch
- →Drive planning, scope definition, timelines, budgets, and dependency mapping across multiple concurrent workstreams
- →Proactively identify risks and gaps, driving mitigation plans to ensure project health
- →Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and UX teams to ensure alignment and high delivery quality
- →Facilitate clear communication for leadership including status reporting and decision-making support
- →Ensure adherence to SDLC best practices and support efficient digital product development cycles
- →Use metrics to inform decisions, track progress, and continuously improve team delivery effectiveness
- →Leverage tools like Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or MS Project to maintain transparency and accountability
Requirements
- ✓Extensive experience leading complex, cross-functional technology projects from initiation to delivery
- ✓Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and digital product development
- ✓Highly proactive with a demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and drive solutions independently
- ✓Proven experience managing scope, budgets, and complex dependencies across multiple workstreams
- ✓Exceptional communication skills with experience influencing decision-makers and executive-level stakeholders
- ✓Strong problem-solving capabilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- ✓Hands-on experience with project management infrastructure (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, etc.)
