About the Role
We are looking for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at Morguard's apartment community in Bradenton, FL. This is a full-time position that serves as a training ground for promotion to Community Management.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collect and post rent each month
- →Handle resident work order requests and various concerns
- →Conduct follow-up activity with new and current residents
- →Maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, and contractors
- →Assist with leasing and lease renewal efforts
- →Physically inspect the property
- →Perform on-site accounting functions
- →Fill the role of person-in-charge when the primary manager is not present
Requirements
- ✓Be available to work up to 2 Saturdays a month
- ✓Be accessible during office hours (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturdays)
- ✓Support onsite Property Management Operations
- ✓Be an encouraging and hands-on person to step in when necessary
- ✓Complete projects and help motivate the onsite team
