About the Role
We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our internal IT team. This role will serve as a key point of contact for employee technical support, ensuring seamless IT operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Deliver Tier 1 technical support for company-issued desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- →Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues across Windows and macOS environments
- →Deploy, configure, and provision new employee workstations and applications
- →Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning
- →Perform routine administrative tasks in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace
- →Manage user accounts, security groups, and access permissions
- →Maintain accurate IT asset inventory records and documentation
- →Provide support for conference room technology and video conferencing platforms
- →Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions within the IT ticketing system
- →Adhere to IT security policies and operational best practices
- →Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff as needed
Requirements
- ✓High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT preferred
- ✓Foundational knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
- ✓Working familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and basic networking concepts
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Clear and professional communication skills
- ✓Ability to work on-site five days per week
- ✓Ability to lift and transport IT equipment up to 50 pounds
