About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Leader to build and execute talent strategies aligned with aggressive growth targets. This hands-on leadership role will oversee full-cycle recruiting for high-volume sales and customer experience roles, driving strategy and building a strong talent brand.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and evolve recruiting strategy for high-volume sales, customer service, and corporate roles
- →Manage and develop a small recruiting team with coaching and mentorship
- →Design, track, and report on key recruiting metrics
- →Own and improve sourcing strategies across job boards, referrals, social media, and talent pipelines
- →Partner with hiring managers to define job profiles and selection processes
- →Champion social media and employer branding campaigns
- →Implement structured interview processes aligned with customer-first culture
- →Optimize ATS and recruiting tech stack for efficiency and compliance
- →Analyze recruiting data to improve hiring performance
Requirements
- ✓5+ years in full-cycle sales recruiting with at least 3 years in management
- ✓Expertise in sourcing and hiring customer-facing sales talent
- ✓Proven success in high-volume recruiting environments
- ✓Experience using data and analytics to drive hiring strategy
- ✓Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven culture
- ✓Knowledge of social media sourcing and employer branding
- ✓Experience with applicant tracking systems
- ✓Excellent stakeholder management skills
- ✓Comfortable in fast-paced scaling environments
- ✓Passion for candidate-centric experience
