As a Senior Product Manager on the Flexible Credentials team, we are looking for you to help drive the next generation of fintech products around Stablecoin payments, and Card Issuing in the embedded finance space. You will own the strategy, execution, and go-to-market for our emerging product lines, working cross-functionally to launch and scale innovative financial solutions.

β’ Define & Drive Product Strategy β Own the roadmap for our new Stablecoin-based fintech products, aligning business goals with customer needs
β’ Build & Scale Embedded Finance Solutions β Develop innovative products in card issuance, or Stablecoin payments, collaborating with engineering, design, and data teams
β’ Execute with Excellence β Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, data science, legal, compliance, and external partners to build, launch, and scale compliant financial products
β’ Customer & Market Research β Deeply understand customer pain points, new Payments industry trends, and competitive dynamics to shape product decisions
β’ Prioritize with Data β Leverage analytics, user insights, and industry trends to identify high-impact features, optimizations, and experiments
β’ Partner with Fintech Ecosystem β Work closely with banks, networks, and fintech partners to drive innovation and enhance our platformβs capabilities
Who You Are
β’ 5+ years of product management experience in Cards Issuance, and stablecoin payments
β’ Proven experience building and scaling financial products from 0 to 1 in a high-growth environment
β’ Strong technical acumen β ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand API-driven products
β’ Deep understanding of card issuance, payment processing, Crypto/Stablecoin payments, or banking-as-a-service (BaaS) models
β’ Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, balancing strategic vision with execution
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
β’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills β ability to work with both internal teams and external partners
Nice-To-Haves
β’ Experience working with legal, compliance, risk, and regulatory frameworks in fintech is a plus
β’ Hands-on experience in creating Stablecoin based solutions with technology partners.

To support Flex First, we calibrate pay to a competitive value according to working location. Compensation is aligned according to three tiers within the United States:
β’ National: A baseline tier that applies to most of the geographic territory of the United States.
β’ Premium: Slightly elevated from the National tier, and oriented toward a narrower set of higher cost-of-living areas, such as Los Angeles CA and Seattle WA
β’ Premium Plus: A tier for the most expensive working areas, like the San Francisco Bay area and New York City.

When determining salaries, we consider several factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior experience, and work location. The new-hire base salary range for this position is:
β’ National: $120,600 - $150,700
β’ Premium: $130,500 - $163,100
