About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Experience Analyst to support the Customer Experience department in the automotive industry. This role involves monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting market research results, particularly customer satisfaction surveys for service and sales, to provide operational and consulting support.
Key Responsibilities
- →Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses on Customer Experience (CE) areas
- →Prepare official communications to the network
- →Prepare PowerPoint presentations on CE topics
- →Support the CE office in studying and designing incentive systems
- →Occasionally design, manage, and deliver virtual coaching sessions on CE topics for sales and service
- →Occasionally support the Organizational Network for Sales and Service in implementing new projects and tools
- →Occasionally develop and deliver training modules for internal Field and Organizational Network on CE topics
- →Occasionally provide classroom behavioral training on soft skills
- →Occasionally conduct potential analysis and gap analysis for commercial and post-sales figures
Requirements
