About the Role

We are seeking an Automotive Warranty & Technical Support Agent to serve as the primary contact between dealers and the manufacturer for product-related issues. This role involves supporting authorized repairers in diagnosing and repairing vehicles using manufacturer systems and databases, as well as managing warranty claims.

Key Responsibilities

→Serve as the key contact between dealers and the manufacturer for product-related errors
→Support authorized repairers in diagnosing and repairing vehicles using manufacturer systems and databases
→Manage warranty claims, including PDI-related claims
→Provide expert assistance in diagnosing complex technical issues
→Support the dealer network with quick solution finding for technical product issues
→Work closely with technicians in workshops and dealerships
→Provide repair instructions via specified communication channels
→Support the development of solutions for the entire product range
→Act as an interface between the manufacturer and dealers
