About the Role
We are looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our team at MSX. This role focuses on helping dealerships adopt and maximize technology to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- →Guide dealerships through installation, training, and adoption of the FSR+ tool
- →Coach and mentor dealership staff to confidently use FSR+ and get the most out of it
- →Listen, analyze feedback, and develop action plans that improve efficiency and performance
- →Strengthen dealer relationships and align with Customer Experience teams to deliver a unified message
- →Use Remote Experience tools and data-driven insights to drive utilization and success
- →Plan and manage travel across your assigned dealer territory to maximize impact
