About the Role
This position will be responsible for managing multiple clients and projects, ensuring customer and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage one or multiple project teams
- →Define annual Project Management Plan aligned with contractual agreements
- →Develop and maintain project documentation
- →Provide operational support to teams and leaders
- →Submit new hire/backfill requisitions to HR
- →Support new joiner onboarding
- →Handle client and overall project management
- →Identify team skill requirements and arrange training
- →Conduct employee and client governance meetings
- →Handle daily operations and resolve queries
- →Manage client escalations
- →Create monthly invoice instructions and follow up on payments
- →Support Delivery Lead on delivery management
- →Prepare monthly reports and presentations
- →Support recruitment process including screening and interviews
- →Maintain relationships with departments and stakeholders
- →Implement Lean Philosophy where appropriate
- →Deploy business analytics tools to monitor KPIs
- →Monitor client satisfaction KPIs
- →Support client meetings and business reviews
- →Deploy operational excellence policies and workflows
- →Support Global Audit & Assurance team
- →Ensure project compliance with company policies
- →Deploy continuous improvement plans
- →Conduct Performance Development Dialogues
- →Be available for travel as needed
