We are seeking a qualified Technical Training Instructor to help aspiring automotive technicians learn and start their careers. This role involves instructing people on heavy duty vehicles in the Dutch language.
Key Responsibilities
- →Facilitate training workshops for technicians
- →Prepare workshops and vehicles for experiential learning
- →Verify learners’ understanding using competency-based training
- →Identify additional training needs based on feedback and assessment
- →Ensure Regional Training Facility, tools, student guides, literature, vehicles, and training center are properly maintained
- →Assist Corporate Training staff in curriculum development
- →Continually enhance technical instructional skills and knowledge
- →Comply with health and safety standards
