About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support the MLH project, focusing on AI-driven research and efficiency improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyse current MLH workflows to identify efficiency gaps and opportunities for AI-driven improvement
- →Translate process findings into structured problem statements and actionable technical requirements
- →Work as part of an AI R&D initiative, supporting hypothesis testing and PoC execution
- →Engage with SMEs across functions to validate process understanding and consolidate requirements
- →Ensure proposed AI solutions consider downstream impacts across data, controls, governance, and operational workflows
Requirements
- ✓Strong analytical capability and comfort working with technical concepts
- ✓Ability to break down business processes at a granular level
- ✓Blend of technical literacy, structured problem-solving, and hands-on process analysis
- ✓Experience with AI-driven research, analysis, and efficiency improvements
- ✓Ability to articulate requirements and support experimentation cycles
