About the Role
Multiverse is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to join their AI Transformation engineering squad. This role involves leading the development and delivery of AI-powered solutions, focusing on practical implementation rather than just theory. The successful candidate will play a key role in transforming the business to deliver on Multiverse's mission to equip the workforce for the AI era.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and maintain autonomous agent-based solutions that generate real impact for internal teams
- →Design and deliver AI solutions in partnership with technical and business teams
- →Own complex squad initiatives from design through to deployment and iteration
- →Drive technical quality through code reviews and design decisions
- →Share expertise and mentor peers to ensure the squad keeps pace with technological advances
- →Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure solutions meet user requirements and align with other engineering squads
Requirements
- ✓Proven Senior-level experience in software engineering with strong understanding of Applied AI fundamentals
- ✓Expertise in system architecture, including designing and maintaining complex RAG pipelines
- ✓Experience in AI Orchestration, including developing embeddings, MCPs, and agentic workflows
- ✓Proficient in Python and TypeScript, with experience building APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications
- ✓Comfortable leveraging AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity
- ✓Growth mindset with a curiosity for learning and sharing knowledge
