About the Role
We are looking for an Instructor to join Multiverse, the upskilling platform for AI and Tech adoption. You will be responsible for delivering technical content and supporting apprentices in developing critical AI, data, and tech skills.
Key Responsibilities
- →Facilitate delivery sessions of technical learning content
- →Adhere to the Coach Quality framework to ensure consistent quality
- →Create a vibrant, inclusive, and motivating learning environment
- →Moderate assignments and provide feedback to apprentices
- →Maintain an owners mentality, being proactive in supporting learners
- →Liaise with coaches to align on apprentice interventions
- →Coordinate with cohort coaches and operations members
- →Utilise resources and stay up-to-date on knowledge and product updates
- →Build credibility with apprentices through professional experience and domain knowledge
- →Create a compelling narrative about Multiverse and its mission
Requirements
- ✓Strong written and on-camera communication and presentation skills
- ✓Ability to adjust communication approaches for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- ✓Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, especially in online settings
- ✓Commitment to continuous professional development
- ✓Proficient in at least two of: Excel for BI, Tableau, Power BI
- ✓Skilled in SQL and ideally Python, with real-world projects
- ✓Practical knowledge of predictive modelling and time series forecasting
- ✓Solid understanding of statistical methods and their applications
- ✓Proven experience applying data and advanced analytics in professional settings
- ✓Strong advocate for ethical and responsible data use, with knowledge of data protection laws
