About the Role
We are looking for a Strategic Account Executive to join our high-performance team at Mural. This newly created role focuses on driving net-new logo acquisition within an enterprise territory by identifying, engaging, and closing high-value strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- โIdentify and aggressively pursue net-new enterprise logo opportunities within your territory
- โDevelop and execute a strategic prospecting plan to penetrate target accounts and build qualified pipeline
- โLead outbound efforts including executive outreach, social selling, events, and partner collaboration
- โEngage C-level and senior executives to align Muralโs value proposition to enterprise transformation priorities
- โRun disciplined discovery processes that uncover strategic initiatives, budget, and buying timelines
- โOrchestrate complex, multi-threaded sales cycles across business and technical stakeholders
- โBuild compelling business cases and ROI narratives that drive urgency and executive sponsorship
- โNavigate procurement, legal, and enterprise buying processes to close large, multi-year agreements
- โAccurately forecast pipeline and revenue with discipline and transparency
- โCollaborate with Marketing, Sales Development, Solutions Engineering, and Leadership to maximize territory impact
Requirements
- โ8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience focused on net-new logo acquisition
- โProven track record of exceeding quota in complex, high-value enterprise environments
- โExperience closing multi-six and seven-figure ARR deals with global organizations
- โDemonstrated ability to prospect and build pipeline independently
- โStrong executive presence and ability to engage C-suite stakeholders
- โExpertise navigating complex buying committees and enterprise procurement processes
- โStrategic mindset with the ability to build territory plans that drive sustained new business growth
- โHigh level of accountability, competitiveness, and resilience
- โStrong forecasting discipline and pipeline management skills
