Position:As a Senior Brand Designer at Musixmatch, you will be responsible for shaping and bringing the Musixmatch brand to life across both physical and digital touchpoints.
You will lead creative ideation and execution across product marketing campaigns, sales support materials, events, social media, corporate communications, and internal initiatives. This role requires a highly independent creative capable of developing concepts, overseeing execution, and orchestrating third-party partners to ensure the brand narrative remains consistent and impactful at every level.
Working closely with cross-functional teams and reporting to the Design Director (final creative approver), you will act as a brand guardian, translating strategy into powerful visual storytelling and ensuring creative excellence across all brand expressions.
What you will do:Develop and lead creative concepts that bring the Musixmatch brand to life across campaigns, events, product marketing, and corporate communications
Execute and oversee creative work across digital and physical environments, including merchandising, packaging, and spatial brand experiences
Provide art direction and hands-on design across graphic, brand, and product marketing initiatives
Deliver creative support for social media initiatives, developing visual and creative assets aligned with the brand narrative
Produce and edit video content, including short-form videos and reels, for both internal and external communication channels
Independently manage complex creative projects from ideation to final delivery, ensuring quality, consistency, and brand alignment
Orchestrate and manage third-party creative agencies, vendors, and production partners
Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and People teams to translate business objectives and internal communications into compelling creative work
Ensure the brand narrative remains consistent across all touchpoints and channels, acting as a guardian of the Musixmatch brand
Oversee the creative execution of events and physical activations, ensuring the brand is represented effectively in real-world environments
Partner with Product Marketing to evaluate campaign design performance using data and metrics to inform creative decisions
Requirements:5+ years of experience managing complex design, branding, and creative projects with a high level of independence
Proven experience in creative direction across branding, campaigns, and physical brand activations
Strong expertise in graphic design, brand design, product marketing design, and art direction
Leveraged AI and proven ability in his/her portfolio across touchpoints (image/video, production scaling, analysis..)Β
Demonstrated ability to develop and lead creative concepts while also contributing to hands-on execution
Experience in creating content for social media and digital communication channels
Strong video editing skills with the ability to produce short-form video content and reels for communication and marketing purposes
Experience managing and orchestrating third-party agencies, production vendors, and operational stakeholders
Ability to oversee projects end-to-end, from ideation through execution and delivery
Strong understanding of brand systems and visual storytelling across digital and physical touchpoints
Experience designing for physical brand environments, including merchandising, packaging, and event design
Data-driven mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and use insights to inform creative decisions
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across creative and non-creative teams
Ability to work independently while aligning closely with leadership and company strategy
Passion for craft, detail, and maintaining a consistent brand narrative across every output
Experience working in agile, high-growth environments is highly desirable
Bachelorβs degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred
Motion design skills and 3D are a plus
