This permanent, full-time, office-based role is ideal for marketing graduates, recent students, or junior professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional agency environment.
🎨 About the Role Social Media Assistants will support the planning, creation, scheduling, and performance tracking of content across major platforms, while working closely with experienced marketers, copywriters, and designers.
📌 Key Responsibilities • Assist with creating and scheduling content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X • Write and edit engaging social media captions • Support short-form video and basic graphic content creation • Help manage content calendars and campaign execution • Monitor comments, DMs, and brand mentions • Track engagement metrics and assist with reporting • Research trends, hashtags, and competitor activity
🎓 Who Should Apply? • Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media, or Advertising graduates (or current/recent students) • Junior professionals with a social media portfolio • Strong writers with good attention to detail • Passionate about social media trends and digital content • Organised, creative, and eager to learn
✨ Bonus Skills (Advantageous) • Experience with Meta Business Suite or similar tools • Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe)
