Key Responsibilities: - Store Build & Optimization: Create and optimize Shopify store, product pages, collections, CRO, A/B tests, and app integrations. - Payments & Compliance: Manage gateways (Shopify, PayPal, Shop Pay), tax, shipping, privacy, and U.S. product compliance. - Fulfillment & Operations: Onboard U.S. 3PL, manage logistics, inventory, and operational KPIs. - Customer Experience: Set up CRM/helpdesk, chat, FAQs, and retention flows. - Growth & Sales: Lead revenue growth, marketing collaborations (ads, SEO, affiliates, content), and performance tracking. - Product & Category Support: Advise on pricing, positioning, bundles, launches, and U.S. market insights. - Team Leadership: Act as the first e-commerce hire, coordinating across tech, marketing, ops, and CX teams.

Qualifications: - 5+ years scaling Shopify DTC brands in the U.S. - Proven experience launching online stores end-to-end. - Experience with children’s/family products preferred. - Strong knowledge of U.S. e-commerce compliance, logistics, and consumer behavior.
