About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing People team at MyEdSpace, an education technology platform connecting teachers with students globally. This role involves supporting talent acquisition across various functions including Technology, Commercial, and Education.
Key Responsibilities
- →Coordinate day-to-day hiring efforts, working with hiring managers across each function
- →Manage job postings, applicant tracking, scheduling, and candidate communication
- →Support CV screening and run initial phone screens where appropriate
- →Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience
- →Lead on sourcing and outreach for key hires
- →Help build processes leveraging our ATS (Ashby), automation, and AI
- →Handle routine admin such as offer paperwork, compliance checks, and reference coordination
- →Provide feedback to the management team on market trends
- →Support broader People Ops tasks during quieter recruiting periods
Requirements
- ✓Experience hiring a variety of roles within a high-growth, global, technology business
- ✓Exceptionally organized with a very high attention to detail
- ✓A people person with clear, confident communication skills
- ✓Extremely tech-literate with knowledge of best-in-class tooling, process, and automation
