We are looking for a Head of Engineering to join MYOB's Customer Group. This role involves leading the engineering team that powers one of our most exciting business areas, focusing on technology strategy and large-scale transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and craft the business product by creating and empowering agile teams
- →Implement modern architecture and engineering practices for a scalable SaaS solution
- →Drive technology strategy within the SME Customer space
- →Establish agile practices and champion engineering culture
- →Mentor technical leaders and collaborate across product and design
Requirements
- ✓Strong engineering or architectural background with experience guiding technical leaders
- ✓Track record of leading technology leaders through complexity and transformation
- ✓Proven success delivering major technology initiatives and scalable cloud-based systems
- ✓Demonstrated ability to establish agile practices in new teams
- ✓Skilled in building trust and influence across various stakeholders
