About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Leader to join MYOB, a leading business management solution provider in Australia and New Zealand. This role involves leading Product Marketing for Practice software, managing cross-functional teams, and developing marketing strategies to drive product awareness and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and support operations to ensure successful go-to-market execution
- →Lead the end-to-end Product Marketing strategy across the Practice portfolio, defining positioning, messaging, and go-to-market direction
- →Lead and develop a high-performing Product Marketing and Customer Enablement team
- →Drive deep market and customer insight through continuous analysis of customer needs and competitor dynamics
- →Raise the standard of launches and lifecycle marketing, delivering GTM plans and campaigns
- →Create alignment between product strategy and market execution
Requirements
- ✓Deep senior Product Marketing experience in SaaS, ideally across B2B products
- ✓Strategic yet hands-on leader with excellent judgment and experience leading PMMs or sophisticated GTM programs
- ✓Commercially driven and outcome-focused with proven success driving revenue growth
- ✓Customer-obsessed and insight-led, able to build compelling product propositions
- ✓Outstanding cross-functional leader and communicator, confident influencing across Product, Sales, and GTM teams
