About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our small, high-impact design team at Mysten Labs. You'll work across consumer products and developer-facing tools, owning problems from early research through shipping and contributing to our evolving design systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the full design lifecycle across consumer and developer products
- →Prototype early and often to explore solutions
- →Shape and scale our design systems for coherence across products
- →Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers
- →Bring strong visual and interaction craft to all design work
- →Advocate for users through research and data-driven decisions
Requirements
- ✓5–8 years of product design experience with shipped products
- ✓Fluency in Figma including component architecture and design systems
- ✓Strong prototyping instincts with preference for interactive prototypes
- ✓Experience contributing to or building design systems
- ✓Excellent visual design sensibility and interaction thinking
- ✓Comfort operating in ambiguity with early-stage product work
- ✓Clear communication with engineers and executives
