About the Role
Mythic is seeking hands-on Physical Design Engineers to join their Bangalore design center. This role involves driving innovation in advanced technology nodes and contributing to high-quality designs through to first-pass silicon success.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop Physical Design (PD) methodologies across the RTL-to-GDSII flow using industry-standard tools
- →Perform lead level hands-on work in areas including Synthesis, Formal Equivalence, Place & Route, Static Timing Analysis, DRC/LVS/IR/EM Signoff
- →Take full ownership of the physical design process at the module level
- →Provide technical mentorship and guide team members
- →Drive PPA optimization and achieve timing closure
- →Champion automation-first approach using TCL, PERL, or Python
Requirements
- ✓B.Tech/M.Tech/PhD in Electrical Engineering or Electronics & Communication Engineering
- ✓3+ years of experience in Physical Design
- ✓Deep expertise in one or more PD areas with strong knowledge of the entire flow
- ✓Proven track record of successful tapeouts for multi-million gate designs
- ✓Solid understanding of low-power design and automation of PD methodologies
- ✓Team-oriented attitude with commitment to mastering the full RTL-to-GDSII flow
