We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People and Culture team at myTomorrows. This role focuses on bringing in exceptional talent to support our global growth and mission of making treatment options accessible to patients.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with hiring managers to define hiring goals and develop effective sourcing strategies
- →Proactively identify and engage top candidates across diverse channels
- →Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring excellent candidate experience
- →Build and nurture talent pipelines, with a focus on technical talent globally
- →Collaborate with Marketing to strengthen our employer brand
- →Use data to track performance, report on hiring metrics, and optimize recruitment processes
- →Stay current with industry trends and bring fresh ideas to talent acquisition
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on technical roles
- ✓Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and candidate assessment
- ✓Experience using ATS (Ashby), sourcing tools, and AI in recruitment
- ✓Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- ✓Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- ✓Sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes
