About the Role
We are seeking a Program Manager with extensive experience in leading client relationships and managing complex programs. This role requires strong program management, consulting, and cross-group collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead client relationship and customer success for assigned accounts
- →Own the P&L for the account, ensuring short-term and long-term profitability
- →Deliver large, complex programs from scope definition through to successful release
- →Review project scope and planning to ensure alignment with client goals
- →Ensure all projects adhere to defined governance standards and best practices
- →Develop proposed delivery methodology, resourcing, and governance mechanisms
- →Manage programs by developing schedules, controlling changes, and mitigating risks
- →Maintain account health across key metrics
- →Act as a solution provider with a consulting mindset
- →Identify stakeholders early to manage expectations
- →Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
- →Drive adoption of organizational initiatives
- →Mentor and manage team members
Requirements
- ✓13+ years of experience
- ✓Strong background in program management, consulting, and cross-group collaboration
- ✓Proven experience in leading client relationships and ensuring customer success

- ✓Experience in identifying and executing cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
