About the Role
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Architect to join our team. This role involves designing and implementing advanced AI/ML solutions, focusing on NLP, machine vision, and large language models.
Key Responsibilities
- →Understand client business use cases and technical requirements, converting them into elegant technical designs
- →Map decisions with requirements and translate them to developers
- →Identify and evaluate different solutions, selecting the best option that meets client requirements
- →Define guidelines and benchmarks for non-functional requirements during project implementation
- →Write and review design documents explaining overall architecture, framework, and high-level design
- →Review architecture and design aspects including extensibility, scalability, security, and user experience
- →Develop and design overall solutions for functional and non-functional requirements
- →Understand technology integration scenarios and apply these learnings in projects
- →Resolve issues through systematic analysis of root causes
- →Conduct proof-of-concepts to validate design and technology choices
Requirements
- ✓9+ years of total experience in machine learning
- ✓Strong experience in NLP, machine vision, and AI
- ✓Experience in AI/ML architecture design and implementation using cloud infrastructure
- ✓Proficiency in Python or R and data manipulation libraries like Pandas and NumPy
- ✓Strong understanding of statistical concepts and their application
- ✓Expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX) and machine learning libraries (scikit-learn)
- ✓Experience with SQL
- ✓Understanding of MLOps and deployment using technologies like MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, and Kubernetes
- ✓Experience designing, developing, and deploying AI agents in multi-agent systems
- ✓Strong understanding of LLMs and foundation models with expertise in prompt development
- ✓Practical experience with Generative AI frameworks like GANs, VAEs, and RAG
- ✓Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
- ✓Experience with AI ethics and responsible AI practices
